Kevin M. Riggs, O.D. has a degree in optometry from the University of California, Berkeley, and has practiced optometry in California since 1986.
Dr. Riggs opened Grossmont Vision Center Optometry in 1998, and is proud to have served the vision care needs of La Mesa since then. He takes great care to educate each of his patients about their eye health and vision needs, and to make the eye examination enjoyable and stress free.

She specializes in dry eye treatment and management. Dr. Cao earned her Doctorate of Optometry from Pacific University College of Optometry. She received extensive clinical training at the Fresno VA Medical Center, Davis Eyecare, San Diego Naval Medical Center, and Tayani Institute. She is dedicated to delivering exceptional care to patients of all ages and takes pride in building long-lasting relationships with her patients.
